Crossfit at lunch & Early

Our 6 week foundation course is the perfect way to get fit, strong and skilful ready for our crossfit classes.
In January we are putting on specific foundation classes for lunchtime and early morning members.

When is the foundation course
We have 2 courses running at 1pm & 6:30am.
Lunchtimes -The classes are on Monday and wednesday at 1pm.
Early morning – Foundation at 6:30am on Tuesdays & Thursdays
How does it work?
The course will get you fit enough for our regular classes and also teach you the following movements and more:
Deadlift, Front squat, Over head squat, Strict press, Push press, Pull up, hand stand, box jump & Clean.
Once completed you are ready for the regular classes.
Foundation course = 6 week of classes 2 x/week.
Either £10/ class or just £65 for the 6 weeks.

Spaces are limited & January is very popular so if your keen to get fit please book the course early to make sure you have a space.
