CrossFit is tough, but it is also for everyone. Our classes and workouts are scaled so that a strong athlete can workout alongside someone new to exercises.
The main requisite to training at CrossFit Stags and Does is a willingness to work hard and perfect your form on all our exercises.
Our coaches are constantly teaching good technique. By doing this it means beginners through to experts you can train along side each other.
Our taster classes are really good and free! We run them every week:
On Tuesday evenings at 7:30pm.

As a beginner to crossfit your first goal should be to learn the basic movements so that you can confidently join any class. So to master these movements we have classes specifically for new members.
In these classes you will get fit flexible and master the basics of Olympic lifting and the gymnastic movements used in Crossfit.
We will cover the following exercises (please don’t be intimidated by these exercises it may take 3 months to master them) :
Squats, Front Squats, Overhead Squats
Shoulder press, Push press
Hand stand on wall, Pull ups, kipping pull ups
Basics learnt, now just come to classes and our coaches will continue to teach you and get you incredibly fit.
