Our 6 week foundation course is the perfect way to get fit, strong and skilful ready for our crossfit classes.

Spaces are limited and this is a popular course so please book early.

When is the foundation course 

We have 2 courses running – both starting on January the 5th.

Evening  -The classes are on Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 7:30pm

Early morning – Foundation at 6:30am on Tuesdays & Thursdays

 

How does it work?
The course will get you fit enough for our regular classes and also teach you the following movements and more:
Deadlift, Front squat, Over head squat, Strict press, Push press, Pull up, hand stand, box jump & Clean.

Once completed you are ready for the regular classes.
Foundation course = 6 week of classes 2 x/week.
Either £10/ class or just £65 for the 6 weeks.

Spaces are limited & January is very popular so if your keen to get fit please book the course early to make sure you have a space.
