We have fantastic facilities for personal training in our gym in Milton North Cambridge. We are one of the few gyms in Cambridge set up for Olympic lifting.

Our personal training is tailored to suit your needs. We build all our clients to have a strong foundation and core strength. We train correct movement patterns, so your squatting, lifting, pulling and pushing all have the perfect functional technique.

We pride ourselves on delivering high standards of personal training & have the facilities, skills and passion to coach everyone from fitness athletes to beginners.

Each personal trainer works independently in our gym with 1:1 clients, helping them achieve there goals.
